I love discovering new products, services, activities, ideas, Instagram accounts, etc. These are a few of my current obsessions that have found their way into my life!
Please Note: I am recommending resources and products, some I receive an affiliate commission for at no additional cost to you. I can guarantee all recommendations are my unbiased and honest opinion.
I fell in love with basically all of the Kristin Ess hair products when they launched a couple of years ago. However, the air dry crème is unreal! I rarely blow dry my semi-curly hair, so this product is one of my everyday go-tos. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and frizzless. What more can you ask for?!
I am really baffled at how I had never watched this show before! It. Is. So. Funny. Run to your Netflix account and start bingeing all four seasons now!
In the meantime here is a compilation clip of Alexis hilariously saying “David.” Your welcome.
Every basic twenty-something girl has at least one (or three) denim jackets in their closet. They truly go with almost any outfit.
But do you know what is even better?! Embellished and custom denim jackets! They are super trendy right now. Personally, I bought my pearl studded denim jacket a few months ago and it might (definitely) be my favorite item of clothing I own.
Search out and buy one that matches your personality. Or get a standard jacket you like and add patches! You can’t go wrong.
My next denim purchase is definitely going to be from Denim & Bone. Check them out!

These little guys are pure magic. If I have an unexpected breakout, I just use one of these bad boys at night and it’s typically cleared up in 24 hours. Over the past few months I have tried a few different brands, but these are by far the best (shoutout Hattie for finding these). I highly recommend!
One low-key Friday night a few weeks ago, my super crafty friends (Tori and Katie) talked me into trying to learn how to do hand embroidery (they also promised wine). Turns out, I’m really good at it!
It has been fun to play around with, especially when I’m just watching TV on the couch or something. As a bonus, it’s actually pretty easy to get the hang of, and it’s cheap to get started. Really, like only less than $20!
Here is a great blog post that includes the first pattern I used to learn the basic stitches. This post also does a great job of explaining the materials you will need.
The DMC is also a great resource!
I’ve linked some beginner kits and supplies below to get you started, too!
